When I first started out in real estate, I began by helping families with rightsizing and downsizing. Those types of moves can present unique challenges.
One of my clients needed to sell their elderly mother’s townhouse, but they were living across the country. By staying in constant communication with the sellers and visiting their mother locally, I could make sure everyone involved in the sale felt comfortable and included during the process.
